This page explains what information tfhindy.com collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to care for you, and we never sell it.

What you send us

When you fill out a form on this site (planning a visit, asking someone to reach out, a prayer or encouragement note, baptism, volunteering or a connection card), we receive what you type, such as your name, email, phone number and message. Forms are delivered to our church email, info@tfhindy.com, by a service called FormSubmit. Prayer and gospel forms also send a backup copy of what you type to a pastor's phone, through a notification service called ntfy, and keep a copy in the church's private, password-protected records, so no one is missed. Our staff may add your details to our church management system, Breeze, so we can follow up with you.

Prayer requests are kept private to our pastoral and prayer team. We will not share them publicly or with anyone outside that team without your permission.

How we use it

Only to respond to you: to answer your question, pray for you, welcome you, or help you take a next step. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

If you give us your email, you will get an automatic confirmation right away. To help us reply quickly and personally, Cloudflare's AI service may read your form and write a suggested reply for our staff. A real person always reads and edits it before anything is sent to you. Cloudflare does not use this information to train its AI.

Giving

Online gifts are processed by Subsplash, a giving service used by many churches. Your card or bank details go directly to Subsplash and its payment processors; our website never sees or stores them. Subsplash's own privacy policy applies to that information. We receive a record of your gift so we can send you a giving statement.

Visitor statistics

We keep anonymous statistics on how this site is used, such as which pages are visited, where visitors came from (for example a search engine), whether a phone or computer was used, the country, and which buttons were tapped (like Give or Call). We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics. None of this uses advertising cookies, tracks you across other websites, or records your name, contact details or IP address. A random visitor number saved on your device lets us tell a new visit from a return visit.

The gospel guide

To learn how to share the gospel more clearly, we keep anonymous statistics on our gospel guide: how far people read, the answers they pick, anything they type in the guide's answer boxes, and whether they made a decision. This is saved without your name, contact details or IP address, along with your country and whether you used a phone. We keep it for as long as the ministry finds it useful. Only you can connect it to yourself, and only if you also fill out a form.

Things from other services

• Videos are played from YouTube. When you play one, YouTube (Google) may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address to deliver them.
• Events come from our Breeze church calendar. Some links (like our prayer request form) open Breeze directly.
• Maps and social links (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) take you to those services, which have their own policies.

Saved on your device

On phones, the site remembers a few small things on your own device, such as where you left off in the gospel guide or whether you chose the desktop version. This stays on your phone. The gospel guide also keeps a random visitor number on your device so our anonymous statistics can tell a new visit from a return visit.

Children

This site is meant for adults and families. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Email info@tfhindy.com or call (317) 358-8312.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
